• No Permanent Data Storage: We do not collect, store, or retain any business-critical data, accounting metrics, financial statements, or industrial manufacturing logs processed during your interaction with our Conversational AI Avatars.
• Transient RAM Processing: Any data ingested from your connected enterprise repositories (including, but not limited to, Google Documents, Google Sheets, internal ERP databases, and local server logs uploaded by your accounting or facility departments) is processed strictly within transient Random-Access Memory (RAM).
• Immediate Purge Protocol: This information is utilized solely in real time to provide the AI Avatar with the immediate context necessary to answer your verbal or text queries. The exact millisecond your active user session terminates or the AI query cycle is complete, all internal processing caches and text vectors are permanently purged and wiped from our servers with no possibility of recovery.
